Bengals’ Green leaves practice

Cincinnati, OH (SportsNetwork.com) – Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J.
Green left practice Wednesday on a cart and could have another issue with a
problematic toe injury.

According to the team’s website, Green stopped during warmups for practice,
threw down his helmet and followed by taking off his shoe and also throwing
that to the ground.

Green originally suffered a toe injury during the opener against Baltimore and
left the following week’s contest against Atlanta in the first quarter without
catching a pass. He returned the following week against Tennessee and also
played last Sunday’s game against New England.

The fourth-year Georgia product has 17 catches for 314 yards with two
touchdowns this season.
