Cardinals down hapless Raiders

Oakland, CA (SportsNetwork.com) – Carson Palmer threw for 253 yards with two
touchdowns and an interception to lead the Arizona Cardinals to a 24-13 win
over the Oakland Raiders.

Andre Ellington led the Cardinals (5-1) in both rushing and receiving,
carrying the ball 24 times for 88 yards and catching six passes for 72.

Stepfan Taylor had a rushing touchdown and a receiving score in the win,
Arizona’s second straight.

Derek Carr went 16-for-28 for 173 yards for Oakland (0-6), which has lost 12
straight games dating back to last season.

The Raiders, who are now the only winless team in the NFL, haven’t tasted
victory since Nov. 17 in a win at Houston.

Darren McFadden rushed for 48 yards on 14 carries with the lone touchdown in
the setback.
