Seattle, WA (SportsNetwork.com) – Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry
Fitzgerald is inactive for Sunday’s game against the Seattle Seahawks,
snapping his consecutive games played streak at 110.
It is the first game Fitzgerald has missed since Dec. 2, 2007.
Fitzgerald failed to practice this week due to a sprained medial collateral
ligament in his left knee. He was listed as questionable on Friday’s injury
report.
Fitzgerald suffered the Grade 2 sprain during the first half of last week’s
14-6 win over Detroit. The 31-year-old returned to the game but was limited to
just two catches for 33 yards.
