Jacksonville, FL (SportsNetwork.com) – Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver
Cecil Shorts will most likely make his season debut Sunday against the
Indianapolis Colts.
Shorts missed the first two games with a hamstring strain and is listed as
probable. He was a full participant in practice on Friday after being limited
the previous two days.
The team’s leading receiver in 2013, Shorts caught 66 passes for 777 yards
and three touchdowns in 13 games.
Shorts missed three weeks during training camp with a hamstring problem, but
pulled the other hamstring prior to Jacksonville’s Week 1 game against the
Philadelphia Eagles.
On Thursday, the Jaguars ruled out rookie wide receiver Marqise Lee because of
a hamstring injury. Tight end Clay Harbor is questionable with a calf injury.
