London, England (SportsNetwork.com) – The Detroit Lions suspended defensive
tackle C.J. Mosley on Saturday.
Detroit suspended Mosley for two weeks for conduct detrimental and violation
of team rules before sending him home from London as the team gets ready to
play the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
The team placed him on the reserve/suspended by club list, and signed safety
Jerome Couplin from the practice squad to take Mosley’s spot on the roster.
Mosley is a 10-year veteran and had appeared in all 23 games with the team
after signing him as a free agent in 2013.
