No Gurley, no problem as Georgia takes out Arkansas

Little Rock, AR (SportsNetwork.com) – Hutson Mason threw for 179 yards and two
touchdowns on 10-of-17 efficiency while running for another score, and No. 10
Georgia got along quite well without Todd Gurley, posting a 45-32 decision
over Arkansas on Saturday.

Subbing for Gurley, who is suspended pending an investigation for receiving
compensation for signed memorabilia, Nick Chubb raced to 202 yards and a pair
of scores on 30 carries for the Bulldogs (6-1, 4-1 SEC), who racked up 38
first-half points and cruised to their fifth consecutive victory.

Chris Conley totaled 128 yards and one receiving TD on five receptions, and
Michael Bennett added a touchdown catch for Georgia, which has a bye next week
then takes on Florida in Jacksonville Nov. 1.

Brandon Allen completed 28-of-45 passes for 296 yards, three touchdowns and
two interceptions for the Razorbacks (3-4, 0-4), who failed to capitalize on
any momentum from last week’s 14-13 loss to a top-10 Alabama program.

Alex Collins crossed the goal line twice despite gaining just 31 yards on 11
carries, with Keon Hatcher, Hunter Henry and Kendrick Edwards posting a TD
catch apiece.
