Stillwater, OK (SportsNetwork.com) – Desmond Roland ran for two touchdowns to
lead the 21st-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys over the Iowa State Cyclones,
37-20, on Saturday.
Roland carried the ball 19 times for 95 yards for the Cowboys (4-1, 2-0 Big
12), who have posted double-digit wins in four straight games since a loss to
defending national champion Florida State in the season opener.
Daxx Garman completed 26-of-41 passes for 271 yards, one touchdown and two
interceptions for Oklahoma State. Jhajuan Seales caught four passes for 75
yards and a score.
Sam Richardson connected on 17-of-39 passes for 200 yards and two touchdowns
for the Cyclones (1-4, 0-3), who have lost two in a row. He also carried the
ball nine times for 34 yards.
E.J. Bibbs caught six passes for 69 yards and two scores in defeat.
