Six Toreros highlight All-PFL first team

St. Louis, MO ( – Six members of the San Diego Toreros
football program were named to the All-Pioneer Football League first team
Tuesday afternoon.

Among those players was running back Jonah Hodges, who rushed for 1,214 yards
and six touchdowns during the regular season, which helped lead his Toreros to
the PFL’s automatic playoff bid. Jacksonville, which eliminated itself from the
PFL playoff race late in the season, had five members of its squad on the list,
including quarterback Kade Bell.

Dayton had four members of its team grace the list, as did Campbell. Drake and
Marist each had three players on the league’s first team. Sixteen players are
seniors, 10 are juniors and four are sophomores.
